Why do you need my personal information?

Why do you need my personal ID number?

Your ID-number is one of numerous data elements that Dealflow need to complete mandatory customer identification requirements in support of your Dealflow account. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information on how Dealflow collects, uses, and safeguards your personal information.

How do I know that my personal and banking information are secure?

In addition to Dealflow's safeguards, we collaborate with trusted third-party integrations with businesses to manage your sensitive personal and banking information safely and in accordance with industry best practises. Can I give access to team members to send invoices on my behalf?

Yes, you can grant access to your team members. While we're building a web app with team functionalities, for now, you can either share your login details or have them create their own profiles. Always ensure you trust the individuals you're granting access to.

I’m stuck and can’t proceed through the application, what should I do?

If you receive an error message when attempting to submit your application, please ensure that all mandatory fields are filled out.

Which fields are mandatory and which are optional?

The application's mandatory fields are denoted by an asterisk (*). To submit your application, you must complete all essential items. Even after you have submitted your application, you can return to it to complete any remaining non-mandatory elements.

I’m having trouble uploading documents

Please check the following if you are experiencing problems uploading a file:

  • Please unzip (un-compress) the file if it is zipped (compressed) before uploading.

  • Please ensure that the file type is one of the ones supported by this section.

  • The maximum file size is 10 MB. If the file is larger than that, consider shrinking it if it is an image, or breaking it into many parts if it is a PDF, CSV, DOC, XLS, or XLSX.

Why are some fields not visible when I go back?

When you finish a page, your answers will be encrypted for security reasons. You can add information for any skipped questions if you return to an already-completed page. However, previously answered questions cannot be amended.
