Why might Support ask for a screenshot with Console?

Dealflow possesses first-rate data regarding your account setup. On occasion, we might need to verify if there's a mismatch between the data we have and what you observe in the UI. For such instances, our Support team may request a screenshot that includes the Console.

How do I provide a Console screenshot?

  1. Open the Dealflow web app. Navigate to the specific page where you're experiencing the issue or where you'd like to highlight something.

  2. Access the Console: The process varies depending on your browser:

    • Google Chrome:

      • macOS: Option + ⌘ + J

      • Windows/Linux: Shift + CTRL + J

    • Mozilla Firefox:

      • macOS: Shift + ⌘ + J

      • Windows/Linux: Shift + CTRL + J

    • Apple Safari:

      • macOS: Option + ⌘ + C Note: If you don't see the Developer Console option in Safari, first enable the Developer Menu. Navigate to Safari Menu > Preferences > Advanced Tab and check "Show Develop menu in menu bar".

    • Microsoft Edge:

      • Use the shortcut CTRL + Shift + I. Once open, click on the "Console" tab.

  3. Replicate the Issue: With the console open, perform the action or step that leads to the error in the Dealflow web app.

  4. Capture a Screenshot: Ensure your screenshot captures the entire page, showcasing both the Console logs and the Dealflow web app's content.

By following these steps, you'll provide our Support team with vital information to assist you promptly and effectively.
