There are a few verification processes before you can start sending invoices with Dealflow and all that lovely stuff. This article describes both "the why" and "the how" of Dealflow's verification process:

The why

Ever watched the gripping Netflix series Money Heist? While it may be thrilling to watch a gang pull off the perfect crime, in the real world, financial crime and money laundering are no laughing matter. That's where we step in. As a financial services company, Dealflow follows the strict guidelines of the 5th EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive. Moreover, being proudly founded in Denmark, we ensure we’re in line with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Regulation for Denmark. In essence, it's our job to make sure your company stands on solid legal ground. This means verifying its ownership structure and management control.

Though Dealflow isn't a bank, similar KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations are very much in play. Just as you'd need to present identification to open a personal bank account, we require documentation that proves both your company and you are genuine. We're on the lookout to ensure no dubious entities exploit Dealflow - yes, even the captivating masterminds like The Professor from Money Heist.

Set up your login information.

After you download the Dealflow app, you need to signup for a Dealflow account. Start by setting basic profile information up, such as email and password.

How to get help with the verification process

  • If your verification fails or you receive an error message, our compliance team will contact you via email within one business day. If it's been more than a working day and you haven't received any emails, please check your spam folder.

  • If you haven't gotten anything by email, if the Dealflow verification page isn't working properly (e.g., you see an ellipsis as the page tries to load), or if you have any other problems, please contact our support staff and we'll be delighted to assist.
